Before you join - Since we have no effective way to look into peoples' hearts or evaluate their competence, we will not be held liable for any physical, economic or emotional harm that might arise from your use of this site.  If that poses a problem then you should probably click away from here and go have a little nap.

 What's not allowed? - Since we can't afford good lawyers, we won't be able to accept listings for weapons, body parts, prescription stuff or any other thing you would need permission from the government to get or use.  I will have to decline to allow items such as pornographic images, movies or other content.  We like seeing people in their birthday suits as much as anyone else but the huge amount of disk space and bandwidth required isn't in my current ISP plan.

 If you are unable to describe your home or item without using one of the "seven words you can't use on television" then odds are that we won't be able to accept the listing.

And - Of course, we reserve the right to decline any listing and we'll try to keep a good terms of use policy that benefits all of us.

We can not guarantee that your home will be sold or traded, that you'll be happy with the transaction with the third party or that any aspect of your transaction  will go to plan.

All fees charged for listings on this site are non-refundable unless we are able to undo the time and effort to support your listing.
